Subscription & Use Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using or subscribing to the Jockeys Tickers app:

1) Introduction and Acceptance

By using or subscribing to the app and its related website pages on edssa.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this agreement. If you do not agree to any of its terms, please do not use the app.

2) Nature of the Service

The app provides automated numerical technical analysis for selected financial markets. It does not provide investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. All investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

3) Use and License

The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app during the subscription period or trial period in accordance with these terms. Publishing, redistributing, sharing, or reproducing any results, recommendations, analysis, or data extracted from the app by any means is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

4) Account and Communication

The registered user device is used as an official identification method and a primary communication reference. The user is responsible for the accuracy of his/her information and for maintaining the confidentiality of account/device access.

Devices and simultaneous sessions: the subscriber agrees to use the app on no more than three (3) personal devices owned or controlled by the subscriber. Simultaneous access from more than one device at the same time is prohibited; only one active session is allowed per account. The app may automatically terminate extra sessions and/or block logins that exceed the limit, and the user may be asked to sign out from a previous device when switching devices.

5) Subscriptions, Fees, and Renewal

Plan and price details are shown on the app subscription page. Subscription begins from the activation date recorded in our systems and continues until its end date. Mobile subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play according to the platform used.

6) Cancellation and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the subscription page or required by the applicable store policy, subscriptions are not refundable after activation. The app reserves the right to cancel or suspend a subscription in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

7) Updates and Changes

We may make improvements or changes to the app or this agreement through edssa.net without prior notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8) Intellectual Property

All rights, including content, source code, databases, trademarks, and logos, are owned by edssa.net. Any use outside the scope of the granted license is prohibited.

9) Restrictions and Prohibitions

The following are prohibited: reverse engineering, copying the interface or data, sharing the account, using the results in a competing product, publishing app outputs without permission, or using the service for harmful or unlawful purposes.

10) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of the app or reliance on its outputs. Financial markets are high-risk; historical performance does not guarantee future results.

11) Availability and Support

We seek to provide the service with reasonable availability, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure. Support channels are shown on the website, including email and WhatsApp, and responses are provided according to availability.

12) Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your data according to the privacy policy published on the website. By using the service, you agree to the collection and processing of the data necessary to provide and improve the service.

13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction — Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

This agreement and the rules for using the service are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where required, jurisdiction shall belong exclusively to the competent courts or committees inside the Kingdom.

14) General Provisions

If any clause is deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. Failure to exercise any right shall not be considered a waiver of that right. Acceptance records, including time, language, and related device/account information, may be stored in our systems.
