  3. We may make additions, changes, improvements, or updates to the app or to the terms of this agreement through this page only and without notice. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, damage, consequences, or expenses incurred by the user.
  4. It is strictly prohibited to publish any result, recommendation, analysis, or information from the app.
  5. Installing, using, or operating the Jockeys Tickers app requires acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  6. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the app from all your devices.
  7. By accepting these terms, you may use the app only during the subscription period and during the trial period. If you wish to continue, you must subscribe through the app main menu.
